- We have insurance contracts with HHP, Blue Cross, Health First, CDS, Great West, United Health, Universal and others.
- Co-pays must be paid before your visit or your visit will be rescheduled.

Driving Directions From North Hwy 395:
- Travel South on Hwy 395. Get off on the Kietzke / S. Virginia Exit (Meadowood Mall Exit).
- Take Kietzke Lane and turn left. Turn right on McCarran Blvd.
- Left on Talbot (right behind “The Grill” in the Quail Corners).
- Turn left into the second driveway and make an immediate left turn.
Driving Directions From South Hwy 395:
- Travel North on Hwy 395. Get off on the Neil Road Exit.
- Make a left on Neil Road. Go right on Kietzke Lane.
